Spicy Cucumber Vodka-Rita

INGREDIENTS

- 1.5 oz #IcebergVodka⁠
- 1 oz fresh lime juice⁠
- ½ oz triple sec⁠
- ½ oz Simple syrup⁠
- 2 slices of jalapeno rounds, seeds removed⁠
- Cucumber⁠
- Lime ⁠
- Jalapeno⁠
- Salt⁠
⁠

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the jalapeno slices with the simple syrup.⁠

  2. Fill shaker with remaining ingredients, fill with ice and shake until well chilled.⁠

  3. Strain into salt-rimmed glass filled with ice⁠

  4. Garnish with cucumber, lime and extra pepper.
