INGREDIENTS

Popcorn-Infused Vodka Ingredients:

• 50g Popcorn kernels (not popped)

• 45g Butter

• 375g Iceberg Vodka


Cocktail Ingredients:

• 2 oz Buttered Popcorn Infused Iceberg Vodka

• 1/2 oz Dry Vermouth


Details:

Glassware: Martini Glass

Method: Shake

Ice: Straight Up

DIRECTIONS

Popcorn-Infused Vodka Directions:

1. Melt butter in a saucepan over low-medium heat.

2. Pop the popcorn using a popcorn maker or stovetop.

3. Combine the popcorn and brown butter in a large bowl

4. Transfer the buttered popcorn to a container, add Iceberg Vodka, shake for 10 seconds, and let sit at room temperature for 3 hours. Freeze the mixture overnight for 12 hrs.

5. Strain the liquid through cheesecloth, squeezing out any excess.


Cocktail Directions:

1. Combine all the ingredients into a shaker tin.

2. Add ice and shake until contents are combined and chilled. About 15 seconds.

3. Double strain into a martini glass.

4. Garnish & Enjoy!
