Mango Mardi Gras Bellini
INGREDIENTS
1 oz Iceberg vodka
2 oz mango puree (from fresh or frozen)
2 oz sparkling wine
Fresh thyme
DIRECTIONS
Place 2 oz of mango puree into a champagne flute or wine glass.
Add 1.5 oz of Iceberg vodka.
Top with sparkling wine.
Garnish with fresh sprigs of thyme.
