INGREDIENTS

This Italian cocktail is the ideal blend of dessert and drink—a boozy afternoon treat that’s also the easiest frozen drink you can whip up.


  • 1 cup Lemon sorbet

  • 2.5 oz Vodka

  • 5 oz Prosecco

  • 1 Lemon wheel (for garnish)

DIRECTIONS

1. Scoop/pour the sorbet, prosecco and vodka into a small bowl.

2. Whisky until the contents are smooth.

3. Pour into a chilled rocks glass.

4. Garnish with lemon wheel.
