Clarified Satsuma Screwdriver

INGREDIENTS

• 6 oz Iceberg Vodka

• 6 oz freshly squeezed orange juice

• 3 oz freshly squeezed Satsuma mandarin

• 2 oz freshly squeezed lemon

• 1.5 oz simple syrup

• 4 oz whole milk

• Clear ice ball

1. Mix: Combine all ingredients (except milk) and adjust sweetness with simple syrup.

2. Add Milk: Pour milk into a jar.

3. Combine: Slowly add the cocktail mix to the milk and stir.

4. Rest: Refrigerate for 2+ hours.

5. Strain: Filter through coffee filters until clear.

6. Serve: Enjoy over ice or diluted, with orange garnish.
